Fluff Em Up | Brow Balm

Van Isle Beauty Co. "Fluff em Up" Brow Balm. The perfect brow balm to maintain your newly laminated brows.

How To Use:

1. Spray your spoolie brush with your trusty Nano mister to dampen the bristles. It takes a little bit of trial and error to figure out just how damp the brush needs to be, but start with a little and add more if you need to.
2. Rub the bristles of the brush against the brow balm to create a gel-like residue. If you do not want your brows to look waxy, start with a little bit of product and build it up if needed. If you have brows that can't be tamed, don't be shy, go ahead and load on some more!
3. Comb the spoolie through the hairs and shape your eyebrows how you want them to set. It does not dry that quickly, so you have time to work with it until you find an arch you like.

And Voilà - you've got some bomb brows! This product is perfect to use as your brows start to grow out and in-between appointments to maintain the "fluff" we all love and are looking for!
